Frequently asked questions

View all01How can I get a price for a product?
Add the products you like to your enquiry list and send it via WhatsApp or the contact form. Our team will reply with pricing and availability.
02Is sending an enquiry the same as placing an order?
No. An enquiry is only a request for price and availability. Nothing is ordered until our team contacts you and confirms the details.
03Can you help choose lighting for my project?
Yes. Share your space, dimensions and requirements — we help you select suitable products, taking light distribution, glare and the application into account.
04Where can I find technical documents?
Each product page has a “Downloads” section with the available installation manuals, IES files and other documents.
05What do IP, CCT and UGR mean?
IP is the protection rating against dust and water (e.g. IP20 for indoor, IP65 for outdoor and wet areas). CCT is colour temperature in Kelvin (2700K warm, 4000K neutral). UGR is the glare rating — the lower it is, the more comfortable the light.
